The Group Legal team of this highly regarded conglomerate has a newly created vacancy for a senior lawyer to join the regional office in Hong Kong.  Our client has broad assets across a number of sectors in the region, spanning North and South East Asia.  The role will involve leading transactions and general corporate advisory work to the businesses throughout the region, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, financing and major contracts.

You will work closely with the business in a highly commercial role.  You must have sufficient relevant experience to lead transactions and be able to build close relationships at Board level and within the group companies.    You may be seeking to re-locate to Hong Kong from within the region or already be based here.  You will have a minimum of at least five years of transactional corporate experience, ideally with a South East Asia focus.
