Our client is a renowned media brand with years of experience in the print media industry.

Role:
Due to such aggressive and promising expansions into the new media industry and transform their traditional business model to the digital media model, our client is seeking for an experienced HR leader who is well versed in operating under a high growth-rate environment and has proven track record in taking on key responsibilities and initiatives in building a team and working very closely with the senior management team. The successful candidate should possess first class communication skills and thorough understanding of HR solutions in a fast paced industry.

Reporting Line:
This position will directly report to the CEO of the company and work close to the senior management team.  (VP Strategy, VP Finance, VP Operation, VP Technology/Digital content, etc)

Profile:

• At least 8 years of total working experience in multinational companies, preferably with professional services, media/PR or IT companies.
• Outstanding communication skills in verbal and written in English
• Solid HR related knowledge and understanding in China
• Open minded personality 
• Strong proficiency in communication & presentation when dealing with senior management members on a regular basis across regions
• Strong bilingual skills
• Hands on and detailed oriented
• Strong team player mentality and mind-set
