ALS International is working in partnership with a dynamic and award-winning International Banking industry. This is a challenging and progressive opportunity in a fast-growing organization within a highly stimulating business environment.

Working for a large multinational financial organization, in this role you will handle the end-to-end management of integrated approach to talent development, supporting priorities through the client's strategic agenda.  You will be responsible and pro-actively drive talent development for the business and ensure all development programs clearly align for the future capability of the role.

Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of talent management / recruitment handling credit risk, market risk recruiting markets. Previous experience in banking & financial domain, Global MNC industry and/or in the Executive Search industry is desirable. You must be well versed in working in a global firm with appropriate exposure and experience in interfacing with business executives, senior HR staff, and other stakeholders in the business.
