ALS International is working in partnership with a dynamic and award-winning International Banking industry. This is a challenging and progressive opportunity in a fast-growing organization within a highly stimulating business environment.

Working for a large multinational financial organization, in this role you will design and develop learning solutions to enable the commercial banking business to achieve its strategic intent, including defining business aligned learning agendas, curricula design and development, faculty identification, learning roadmaps and certification.  You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of programmes / project management and curricula within the business. 

Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of program management / program development with strong experience in developing customer-relationship management programmes and talent development interventions. You will be providing Learning consultation and business engagement skills.

Previous experience in a customer service-oriented, sales distribution industry (ex: Airline, Hotel, Luxury Retail) and/or banking & financial domain is desirable. Must have Project Management engagement and must be well versed in working in a global firm with appropriate exposure and experience in business engagement relationship to interface with business executives, senior HR staff, and other stakeholders in the business.
