In this role, you will be the key HR representative and will contribute to, and implement, global and regional HR policies and strategies as a member of the global HR team. You will act as the integral piece for formulation and implementation of HR strategies and key initiatives in Singapore and advise key stakeholders in HR initiatives.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the HR operational function of the firm including payroll; recruitment; termination; appraisal and salary review administration of staff benefits; regulatory reporting; visa application and management of general human resources issues.
Candidates should have At least 6 to 8 years of HR generalist experience within the private practice and/or professional service sectors. You must be a strong HR Leader with solid operational and strategic experience. You will have sound knowledge of best HR practice and experience in implementing new HR programmes.
