A key member of the Great China leadership team and strategic business partner, the Human Resources Director is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining successful recruitment, engagement and development initiatives that position the China Business for aggressive growth and continuous success.

Working in partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders, your key deliverables include developing and implementing effective short and long term strategies which identify and attract talent to the business and ensure that appropriate C&B strategies are implemented within the China business.  You will design mid and long term retention programs that assure organizational stability and develop and implement policies and procedures which enhance HR operations in PRC. This includes the integration of divisional and corporate HR initiatives into the China business.

Additionally, you will facilitate change in support of new business and operation strategies, evaluate and advise the impact of new programs and regulatory action on HR policies and procedures, and build an engaged team by providing strong leadership.  You will also determine and manage the annual HR budget and forecasts, consulting as appropriate with line management as it relates to headcount planning.
