In this role, you will be responsible in setting and organizing total HR infrastructure. You will act as the integral piece for formulation and implementation of HR strategies and key initiatives in Hong Kong and advise key stakeholders in HR initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for the HR operational function of the firm including payroll, recruitment, termination, appraisal and salary review administration of staff benefits, regulatory reporting, visa application and management of general human resources issues.
