Sovereign Investment Entity – Private Equity Associate

Our client, a premier Abu Dhabi investment entity, is seeking to add a Private Equity Associate to their Abu Dhabi team.

The role will focus around the assessment, acquisition and asset management of the firms investments. You will participate in and support the entire investment process (opportunity identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, documentation and monitoring) as well as gather and synthesize industry/market data. You will furthermore be responsible for building detailed company financial models and value companies using the various methodologies (discounted cash flow, comparable company, precedent transactions, asset based valuation, dividend discount, amongst others).

In order to qualify you will speak English at native level fluently, have a maximum of 7 years of work experience with a top tier organization in the global investment management industry (corporate finance, ECM, M&A or PE) you will furthermore have attended an ivy league school with outstanding results.

Regional Middle East experience is a must to qualify for this role.
