Private Equity Analyst/Associate/VP

Our client, a large Sovereign Linked Investment Entity in Abu Dhabi is looking to add Private Equity specialists to their PE team in Abu Dhabi.

The roles, depending on levels, will focus around the origination, assessment, acquisition and asset management of the firms investments. Leadership and participation in the entire investment process and management of analysts on opportunity identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, documentation and monitoring for the deals originated by yourself and your seniors. You will furthermore be responsible for building and mentoring juniors on detailed company financial models and value companies using the various methodologies (discounted cash flow, comparable company, precedent transactions, asset based valuation, dividend discount, amongst others).

In order to qualify you will speak English fluently, have a maximum of 10 years of work experience with a top tier organization in the global investment management industry (corporate finance, ECM, M&A AND PE) you will furthermore have attended an ivy league school with outstanding results. You will have a demonstrable track record of origination, execution and successful exits of deals GOBALLY across the consumer sectors particularly agricultural and metals and mining experience is important.
