Our client is an internationally distinguished law firm with a long history in the region of first rate service to their clients having been in Hong Kong for over 30 years. They have a reputation of being a strong leader across all their practice areas, and want to keep this standard through the current market and into the future. They are one of the largest firms in the region, but pride themselves on a team mentality and culture which is proven through the firm’s successes and growth.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development of Asia, you will work closely with the partners and the Business Development team to construct and deliver client relation initiatives primarily to key accounts with high growth potential within the firms already broad and robust client platform. In addition, the role will also have a high level of regional collaboration working with the other Asia Pacific offices to develop a business plan that will target and generate revenue’s currently not being maximized for existing clients and growing markets. The position will also analyze and develop the best practices for the client experience and thus, be able to deliver and teach the methodology to all levels of staff.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in a Client relationship focused role in professional services, or preferably a law firm. Having an enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality will be a large advantage as the role will be highly interactive. A background where the candidate has worked with the senior level will be a large asset as this role will work closely with professionals of this calibre. A good ability to multi task will be critical skill as the role will have many functions and duties under varied timelines.
