Helene Li is a seasoned management consulting professional with over 18 years of experience in the Asian region with a particular focus on the Greater China market. Helene developed her all-round brand management, change communication, leadership development, and consulting skills at the global consultancy firm Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson). She has led regional organisational development and change management teams at both ABN AMRO Bank and JP Morgan Chase Bank. Her strategic planning skills coupled with her dual consultancy and corporate perspective allows her to effectively assist a broad range of clients across a variety of sectors. Helene is a native speaker of Putonghua and fluent in English and Cantonese.
   
Anthony Lewis is the co-founder and joint Managing Director of ALS International. Anthony heads up both the Commercial and Banking & Financial Services practices. He has transacted board level assignments across Asia, Australia and UK across a range of industries and currently works with a defined client group, recruiting and advising on appointments in these professional sectors. Anthony works extensively across the asset management sector in Asia advising clients on a broad range of HR issues, helping them to align external recruitment requirements with internal development plans, providing market intelligence and best practice guidance.
