Our client is a world famous consumer multinational company with a long established history. They are a trusted household name in Europe and the US and becoming increasingly well-known across APAC. They are continuing to expand their Asia Pacific operations with further investment and capacity to meet rapid growths in demand and sales. As such, they are now looking to strengthen their team further with a high-calibre finance executive.  

Being the number one finance person in Asia Pacific and reporting directly to the VP for the region, this is a commercial focussed role to perform financial analysis and evaluate new product launches, pricing, marketing and promotions, potential M&A and other investments to support business decision making, and devise market strategies to submit to the global headquarters.   

You should be a qualified accountant, preferrably trained with a Big 4 audit firm. Solid commercial exposure in a consumer or healthcare industry is required.  Ideally you will have led small teams, have strong man-management skills and the commercial acumen to work effectively across cultures and functions.  Fluency in Chinese is a prerequisite.
